I’m an experienced Reiki Practitioner located in Saginaw Michigan and I am a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to healing.Through my practice, I strive to align patients and promote well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.
I am certified in Health and Wellness Coaching with the Health Coaching Institute and I also help people on their spiritual path.
I use crystals in my practice as well as I find they really help change the vibration of the healing energy!
I love connecting with your spirit guides and offer Oracle readings as well!

Reiki (霊気,Ray-Key) is a Japanese form of energy healing which is an alternative to pharmaceutical medicine 💊
As a Reiki practitioner I use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which healing energy is transferred through my palms to my client in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Tackling all this is a lot on our own and often overwhelming to the point where we just stay where we are and not change. Our ego is comfortable in old patterns and doesn't welcome change
